Welcome to the Windsor Apartments of Riverdale

Thinking of purchasing?

The Windsor Apartments of Riverdale offer unique city living in a relaxed suburban atmosphere. The Cooperative, built on 16 acres, consists of two buildings, The Windsor South, a fifteen story building located at 4705 Henry Hudson Parkway, and The Windsor North, an eleven story building, located at 4901 Henry Hudson Parkway.

Offered are studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Click here for floor plans. Included in the maintenance is central air conditioning, 24 hour doorman, gas and electricity.

We are proud to offer extra amenities at a very reasonable cost, such as The Windsor Fitness Center, The Windsor Swim Club, and parking.

The Windsors is a pet friendly co-op allowing no more than two (2) dogs per apartment.

Located centrally, we are steps away from both city buses and the express bus to Manhattan. Traveling to Manhattan, Westchester or New Jersey is very easy from Riverdale.

Situated just around the corner is the bucolic park, Wave Hill. There are five public parks with playgrounds and ballfields. If jogging is your thing, we have Van Cortlandt Park with its challenging cross-country trail, just minutes away.

Horseback riding is also available in the park.

Most houses of worship are easily accessible from our location, with a beautiful landmark church (The Riverdale Presbyterian Church) situated right next door.

Shopping and restaurants are both just a couple of blocks away.

Need to commute to Manhattan? Go shopping? Have a doctor's appointment? The Bx7, Bx10 and BxM1, BxM2, and BxM18 express buses all stop right in front of The Windsors.

Minutes from Grand Central: The Metro North station in Riverdale is a few blocks from The Windsors. What could be more convenient?

The Henry Hudson Parkway is a fast and easy way to commute to Manhattan or escape to Westchester County and beyond.
